Online Only with respect to an account, you agree that we will provide you with any communications relating to that account in electronic format. If you request to receive your statement(s) by electronic delivery, you understand and agree that you will no longer receive a paper statement or the documents (i.e. checks or check images) enclosed with the paper statement. Your consent to receive electronic communications and transactions includes, but is not limited to:  Initial disclosures or agreements for your Account(s) of associated payment features.  Periodic disclosures or monthly billing statements for your Account(s).  Notices or disclosures about a change in the terms of your Account(s) or associated payment feature.  Privacy policies and notices. Method of Providing Communications All communications that we provide to you in electronic form will be provided either (1) via e-mail at the e-mail address you specify on this disclosure, (2) by access to a web site that we will designate in an e- mail notice we send you notifying you when your statement becomes available to access, or (3) to the extent permissible by law, by access to a web site that will generally be designated in advance for such purpose. You will no longer receive a paper statement delivered by mail. You should print or download for your records a copy of your United Fidelity Bank Online Statement. You do have the ability to request a paper copy of an electronic communication by contacting us by telephone at (000) 000-0000. We may charge you a reasonable service charge for the delivery of paper copies of any communication provided to you electronically pursuant to this authorization. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications in electronic form for any of your accounts by contacting us via email at xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or by contacting us at (000) 000-0000. We may treat your provision of an invalid email address or the subsequent malfunction of a previously valid address as a withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic communications. Any withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic communications will be effective only after we have a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal. Charges may apply to receive paper statements.

Examples of Online Only in a sentence

Related to Online Only

  • Online tool means an electronic service provided by a custodian that allows the user, in an agreement distinct from the terms-of-service agreement between the custodian and user, to provide directions for disclosure or nondisclosure of digital assets to a third person.

  • Online means transactions through electronic data-interchange whether real time transactions or otherwise, which may be through the internet, intranet networks and the like.

  • online interface means any software, including a website, part of a website or an application, that is operated by or on behalf of an economic operator, and which serves to give end users access to the economic operator's products;

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • DSL refers to a set of service-enhancing copper technologies that are designed to provide digital communications services over copper Loops either in addition to or instead of normal analog voice service, sometimes referred to herein as xDSL, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • VoIP means Voice over Internet Protocol.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Online Training means prerecorded training delivered virtually e.g. SAP e-learning.

  • Internet service means a service that enables users to access proprietary and other content,

  • In-network or "participating" means a provider or facility

  • Broadband service means a retail service capable of transmitting data over an access line at a rate greater than 200 kilobits per second.

  • Network Load means the load that a Network Customer designates for Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. The Network Customer’s Network Load shall include all load (including losses) served by the output of any Network Resources designated by the Network Customer. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Networking means NSCC’s system that allows mutual funds and life insurance companies to exchange account level information electronically; and “Settling Bank” shall mean the entity appointed by the Trust or you, as applicable, to perform such settlement services on behalf of the Trust and you, as applicable, which entity agrees to abide by NSCC’s then current rules and procedures insofar as they relate to same day funds settlement. In all cases, processing and settlement of share transactions shall be done in a manner consistent with applicable law.

  • Portal has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(b)(iii).

  • Wireless means a wireless handheld validation unit used with a supporting Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) as part of an approved gaming system. Amended 1/14/15

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • Prepaid wireless telecommunications service means a wireless communications service that provides the right to utilize mobile wireless service as well as other nontelecommunications services, including the download of digital products delivered electronically, content and ancillary services, which must be paid for in advance, and that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the amount declines with use in a known amount.

  • public telecommunications network means the telecommunications infrastructure authorised by a Party to be used to provide public telecommunications services between defined network termination points;

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.
