Online Member definition

Online Member means a Member that has provided a valid email address and permission to receive promotional emails from RN on behalf of the Program and has dined eleven (11) or fewer times during a calendar year or a prior calendar year. If an Online Member revokes permission to receive promotional emails from RN at any time, or if RN receives a minimum of three (3) consecutive undeliverable email messages in response to attempted distribution of promotional emails, the Online Member will be down graded to Member status.
Online Member. Description: The Online Membership Package includes a monthly subscription to PT&C’s fitness program, which is entirely online and does not grant access to our physical gym.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that (1) Online Member Submissions you remove may persist for a reasonable amount of time in back-up copies (but these copies will not be available to others) and (2) GroupUP cannot control Online Member Submissions that have been shared with others that have not deleted them and that the license for that information is perpetual.
