Online Distribution definition

Online Distribution means the delivery of media programming and other content via live streaming and archived on-demand viewing over online systems and networks including, but not limited to, wired or wireless internet streaming and all forms of mobile devices, including but not limited to archival, live or delayed digital productions including all forms of video web streaming, video-on-demand, mobile delivery, and DVD (and other physical media or downloadable media) sales of Events produced under this Agreement.

Examples of Online Distribution in a sentence

  • Pegasus agrees to allow, and Customer agrees to perform, on a daily basis thereafter one (1) download to Customer’s Web Site of any property-descriptive information in the Online Distribution Database that has been modified since the last download.

  • Net Reservations are reservations at a hotel participating in the Online Distribution Database originated by a person accessing Orbitz's Services within a particular time period, less the number of canceled reservations at a hotel participating in the Online Distribution Database originated by a person accessing Orbitz's Services during the same time period.

  • With respect to each Game Title, subject to On-line Distribution and the terms of this Agreement, Gathering will not for itself or knowingly permit any third party to sell or distribute Distributed Products through standard retail channels of distribution in the Territory during the Exploitation Period for such Game Title.

  • With respect to each Game Title, Gathering shall not offer or promote the sale of a fully accessible version of such Game Title, other than through On-line Distribution, in the Territory for a period of ninety (90) days after the initial date of release of such Game Title without the prior consent of T2.

  • With respect to the distribution of the Distributed Products in the Territory via end-user on-line distribution ("On-line Distribution") and multi-player gaming, T2's right to engage in such distribution shall be non-exclusive and shall not prohibit Gathering from also engaging in such distribution.

  • The following services provided to Orbitz: Online Distribution Database Reservation Function Interface Geo-search Any additional services developed by and operated by Pegasus available to other Pegasus' Interface customers during the term of this Agreement.
