Online Contract definition

Online Contract means a Contract entered into online using Global Reach Online.
Online Contract means, where applicable, this Contract concluded electronically via a weblink, between Netstar and the Subscriber for the provision of the Netstar Service to the Subscriber, subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract;
