Online Context definition
Online Context shall be defined to mean only that portion of the Internet now known as the World Wide Web, and shall be deemed to be limited to distribution in a manner that is freely available and without cost to the end- user (other than fees charged to access the Internet, or fees charged by Licensee to subscribe to an area of the Garden Escape Site or New VG Area but not specifically for access to an area of the Garden Escape Site or New VG Area containing the TL Database), regardless of the manner or form of transmission (including, without limitation, by means of telephone wire, cable modem, or satellite).
