Online Checking definition

Online Checking is the internet-based service providing access to your account(s);  "Online Account" means the account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;  "Password" is the member-generated code selected by you for use during the initial sign- on, or the codes you select after the initial sign-on, that establishes your connection to the Service;  "PC" means your personal computer which enables you, with the Internet browser and ISP, to access your Online Account;  "Time of day" references are to Mountain Time.  "User ID" is the Credit Union’s generated identification code assigned to you for your connection to the Service;  "We", "us", or "Whitefish Credit Union" refers to the Credit Union’s Name which offers the Services and which holds the accounts accessed by the Services; and  "You" or "your" refers to the owner of the account or the authorized representative.

Examples of Online Checking in a sentence

  • To use the Service, you must have an Ally Bank Online Checking Account in good standing (an “Eligible Account”).

  • When the Bank processes a funding request to or from any Online Checking Account, the request usually will be posted to that account on the next Business Day and will be effective as of the date we process the request however transactions on floor plan accounts will reflected immediately.

  • Your use of the Online Checking Service or the Bill Payment Service is your acknowledgement that you have received these agreements and intend to be bound by them.

  • You agree to implement the necessary controls, balancing and reconciliation functions, and audit procedures to protect Online Checking Accounts and DCS Online Accounts from theft or misuse.

  • If the Bank terminates your use of DCS Online, the Bank reserves the right to make no funding requests from your Online Checking Accounts, including any funding requests you previously have authorized through DCS Online.

  • When Bill Payment is terminated, any prescheduled bill payments made through Online Checking will also be terminated.

  • New services may be introduced for Online Checking from time to time.

  • BILL PAY Whitefish Credit Union offers its ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Service to allow you to pay or transfer funds to designated payee(s) in connection with its Online Checking Service.

  • In case of errors or questions about funding requests initiated through DCS Online to or from any Online Checking Account, contact the Bank immediately.

  • The Credit Union will provide instructions on how to use the Online Checking and Bill Pay Services.
