Upon completion of the audit, AMAG or the accounting firm, as applicable, shall provide Palatin a written report disclosing any discrepancies in the Ongoing Program Expenses reported by Palatin or the corresponding reimbursements paid by AMAG, and, in each case, the specific details concerning any discrepancies.
