Ongoing payments definition

Ongoing payments. All monthly (or weekly) service fees are payable via auto-debit from the card provided when you execute this agreement and will take place on the 1st of every month. Given that these payments are for the wages of your virtual employee, it is critical that the card provided has adequate funds on the 1st of every month. Should you wish to pay via EFT, a fee of 10% will apply.

Examples of Ongoing payments in a sentence

  • Ongoing payments shall be deducted via (SEPA) direct debit from the bank account designated in writing by the Merchant.

  • Definition: Ongoing payments charged separately from the authorization fees including electricity, water, Internet, TV services, etc.

  • Ongoing payments shall be made until the aggregate payments under Section 2.1 reach the BDC Payment Cap.

  • Ongoing payments will be made on a quarterly basis on a per Study Subject, per visit basis for the data related to Study Subjects as verified by data entered in the EDC system for all Case Report Forms required during the previous quarter.

  • Ongoing payments by CABHI under the schedule in Section 1 of Schedule “B” are subject to CABHI’s written confirmation that the applicable Milestone has been achieved based on objective criteria.

  • Ongoing payments must be made in full on or before the 20th day of the month following the date of the invoice.
