Ongoing Event definition

Ongoing Event means an event that has occurred for at least 2 consecutive years (or 3 consecutive terms) and is scheduled to occur on an annual, semi-annual basis or semester basis.

Examples of Ongoing Event in a sentence

  • The Ongoing Event Fees shall be prorated for any part of a month for which EBERO Services are provided.

  • The Ongoing Event Fee shall be payable quarterly on each March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, and December31st.

  • EBERO Service Provider shall invoice ICANN the Ongoing Event Fee at the end of each quarter.

  • The Ongoing Event Fee will be initially calculated (and may be reviewed monthly) based on the number of domains under management for such Failed TLD, determined on a monthly basis.

Related to Ongoing Event

  • Training Event means either a Course or Online Training, or both.

  • Terminating Event means any of the following events:

  • Funding Event means on any day, (the “Rating Decline Date of Determination”) BNP Paribas’ long-term credit rating has declined to a level three or more notches below its highest rating by any of Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Investor Service, Inc. or Fitch Ratings, Ltd. during the period beginning on and including the Closing Date and ending on and including the Rating Decline Date of Determination.

  • Qualifying Event means, during the Participant’s Services with the Company and its Affiliates, the Participant’s death or Disability.

  • Financing Event means the earlier of (i) a public offering by the Company of its Common Stock with aggregate gross proceeds of at least $5 million; or (ii) the listing of the Company’s Common Stock on a National Securities Exchange, as such term is defined under the Exchange Act.
