Ongoing Engagements has the meaning assigned in Section 3.12.

For Ongoing Engagements, the Assistant reserves the right to charge for the Notice Period as set out in clause 8.6. This Agreement will terminate when all outstanding fees have been paid including fees for the Notice Period, or the balance of any Notice Period unless otherwise agreed.
