One-Time Use definition

One-Time Use. The Church Council will determine the appropriate method to provide access to the facilities and whether a key will be issued.  Short-Term Use (6 months or less): Upon the conclusion of the Facilities Use Agreement term the agreement will be cancelled and building keys (if applicable) will be forfeited to the Church Office Manager. An extension can be requested in advance of the end of the agreement by following the process outlined above.  Long-Term Use (6 months or more): Individuals and groups with access to the facility outside of normal church business will complete the Facilities Use Agreement on an annual basis to confirm the need, insurance coverage and agreement with the expectations and responsibilities.
One-Time Use. Permission is granted for one-time use only. By providing User with images for the permitted purpose(s), the College does not grant permission for User to post images on Internet sites not specified in the Agreement, or to deposit or publish in venues not specified in the Agreement or in any other licensing documents between User and the College. Further written permission and fees are required for each additional use of the image(s), including any reprint or further edition of the permitted work.
One-Time Use of a Road that is Not a Designated Haul Route: In the event the Developer determines it is necessary for the windmill project to use a County road not identified on Appendix B as a Designated Haul Route, then the Developer shall notify the appropriate County Designee, describing in detail such use and the reasons therefore. If the use is to be “one-time” the County Designee shall make the determination to allow the road use without the road being added to Appendix B as a Designated Haul Route within three (3) business days of the request from Developer. If the Developer determines that the road may be used multiple times it shall be added to Appendix B as a Designated Haul Route as described in Section 3.2 of this Article.
