One-time grant definition
One-time grant means an amount as determined with respect to the Jurisdiction’s sales tax revenues from local jet fuel taxation.
One-time grant. An equity sign-on award of $400,000 RSU’s which will vest in its entirety on the two (2) year anniversary of the grant date. LTI awards are discretionary and require approval from the Compensation and Human Resources Committee and are granted either on the 15th of the month of hire or on the 15th of the following month.
One-time grant means a payment supplementing or replacing a regular grant.
