One-time grant definition

One-time grant means an amount as determined with respect to the Jurisdiction’s sales tax revenues from local jet fuel taxation.
One-time grant. An equity sign-on award of $400,000 RSU’s which will vest in its entirety on the two (2) year anniversary of the grant date. One-time grant means a payment supplementing or replacing a regular grant.
