One-Hour Average definition
One-Hour Average means an average of at least two appropriately spaced measurements, as determined by the Department, calculated over a period of one hour.
One-Hour Average means the arithmetic average of the samples collected during a continuous one-hour period.
One-Hour Average means average hourly emission rate.
