Onboarding Date definition

Onboarding Date. Means the Vendor must allow new Members to access to the Agreement within seven (7) days of notice by MMCAP Infuse and/or the completion of the required paperwork on Attachment C.
Onboarding Date. Means the Vendor will use commercially reasonable efforts to allow new Participating Members to access to the Agreement within seven (7) days of completion of the required paperwork on Attachment C.

More Definitions of Onboarding Date

Onboarding Date means the date from which the Service is provided to the Authority.
Onboarding Date. Means the Vendor must allow new Members to access the base Agreement. This shall occur on either the first day or the fifteenth day of the month beginning at least fifteen (15) days after Merck is made aware of Membership by MMCAP Infuse.
