Onboarding Data means all information relating to a Candidate which Supplier supplies to SBFM for the purpose of providing the Services; “personal data” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Data Protection Legislation;

Onboarding Data means any information, documents, or records collected from the Connected Accounts during the Onboarding Flow, including but not limited to identification details, corporate registration documents, beneficial ownership information, financial statements, contact details, and any other data required to verify identity, assess risk, or comply with AML/CFT and Applicable Laws.

Examples of Onboarding Data in a sentence

  • Information about Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO) such as identification data, address, contact details, bank account details, title, residence, ID number, date of birth, photo of ID if revenue of the Customer is above specific amount, and other data required as stipulated in Ready2Pay onboarding form attached to the Agreement and in Onboarding Data Requirements required by Adyen.

  • You are not aware of any reason for Airwallex not to be able to rely on the Collection Procedures to be carried out by you or Onboarding Data collected by you.

  • Audible and its Affiliates will not use the Onboarding Data or the Engagement Reporting Data for any purpose not explicitly authorized by this Agreement (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any commercialization or distribution thereof).

  • Onboarding Data to SBFM in accordance with Data Protection Legislation; and (b) it has obtained and will continue to obtain all necessary consents from, and provide appropriate privacy notices to, Candidates as required under Data Protection Legislation for the purposes of the Services.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the terms of this Agreement, Onboarding Data, Engagement Reporting Data and any personally identifiable information relating to Students or Staff Members constitutes Confidential Information under this Agreement.
