ONAS' Financial. Investment and Operational Targets" means the financial, investment and operational targets designed to enable ONAS to enhance its operational efficiency and strengthen its financial situation during the Fiscal Years 1994 through 2002, as the same may be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.02 (c) of this Agreement;
