ONAS means Office National d’Assainissement, an autonomous entity to be established by the Borrower for the purpose of developing, operating and maintaining urban and peri-urban sanitation structures within the territory of the Borrower;

• ONAS shall carry on its operations and conduct its affairs in accordance with sound administrative, financial and public utility practices under the supervision of qualified and experienced management assisted by competent staff in adequate numbers.

• The provisions of Sections 4.03 and 4.04 of the Project Agreement between the Bank and ONAS dated June 16, 1983 (Loan No. 2255 TUN - Third Urban Sewerage Project) are hereby amended to read as set forth in Sections 4.03 and 4.04, respectively, of this Agreement.

• If Tenant exercises the ONAS, Landlord and Tenant promptly shall execute and deliver an amendment to this Lease reflecting the terms of the ONAS Space.
