on-licence definition
on-licence means a licence for the sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption either on or off the premises;
on-licence means any class or grade of retail sales licence, issued under this Act, which is exercisable on stated licensed premises and which, inter alia, authorizes the licensee thereunder to sell liquor by retail sale for consumption on the said relevant licensed premises;
on-licence means a licence of that type described in Schedule 2 and “on- licensee” is to be construed accordingly;

on-licence means a licence of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth or seventh category;
