On-Hand Inventory definition

On-Hand Inventory is defined in Section 3.11(c).
On-Hand Inventory means the finished goods inventory that is an Acquired Asset pursuant to Section 1.1(a)(3)(A), 1.1(a)(3)(B) or 1.1(a)(3)(D). Except as set forth on Section 3.11 of the Disclosure Schedule and except for such inventory for liquidation and subject to reserves consistent with Sellers’ past practices, On-Hand Inventory does not include any items below standard quality, damaged or spoiled, or of a quality or quantity not usable or saleable in the normal course of the Outlet Business.
On-Hand Inventory means Product in Cardinal Health's individual distribution centers.

More Definitions of On-Hand Inventory

On-Hand Inventory means inventory of Products which is in the possession of Provider as of the date of the applicable calculation as reported in the applicable 852 report, which is calculated using the following 852 report qualifiers. “On-Order Inventory” shall mean Product which has been ordered by Provider but not yet shipped or is in-transit to Provider as of the date of the applicable calculation as reported in the applicable 852 report.
On-Hand Inventory means the total cumulative Product in McKesson's individual storage and distribution centers.
On-Hand Inventory means saleable Product in Distributor's individual distribution centers.
