  • In the fourth quarter of each Year, Liyuan - AES and Hefei Zhongli shall estimate and submit for approval the On-grid Tariff of the succeeding Year in accordance with the following formula: [***] [***] Filed separately with the Commission pursuant to a request for confidential treatment.
