On Call Operator definition

On Call Operator means an Operator who is fully responsible for responding to an Alarmed Event and is the first person called by the SCADA alarm system and the first person required to attend the Plant in response to a Call Out. Period of service means the aggregate of period of full-time employment with the Company.
