OMV SmartPass Service(s) definition
OMV SmartPass Service(s) or Service(s): shall mean, all electronic toll/fee collection services offered by OMV in cooperation with Telepass in the different Networks through the Devices which the Customer has requested to be activated, which allow identification and authorization of Vehicles in order for the same to access roads, motorways, areas, structures, infrastructures and mobility services and charging of the relevant tolls/fees/other;
