OMT has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).
OMT means Caledonia’s Operational Management Team consisting of the Head of Frontline Services, Finance Manager, Governance Manager, Systems Team Manager, Strategy & Innovation Manager, Asset Manager, Development Manager, Customer Services Manager, Regional Managers and HR Manager. Where these Regulations require a decision from OMT, it must be recorded in the minutes of the meeting.
