Examples of OMPP in a sentence

  • OTP coverage will include those members as defined by OMPP and approved by CMS.

  • TPP means a third-party payment service provider that a Governmental Authority authorises to provide account information services or payment initiation services.

  • DCYF or the “Division” means the Department of Health and Human Services’ Division for Children, Youth and Families.

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government.   • Company 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(e).

  • CMS means the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

ESI may be located on network servers, backup tapes, smart phones, thumb drives, CDs, DVDs, floppy disks, work computers, cell phones, laptops or any other electronic device that CONSULTANT uses in the performance of its Work or SERVICES hereunder, including any personal devices used by the CONSULTANT or any sub-consultant at home. “Native files” are a subset of ESI and refer to the electronic format of the application in which such ESI is normally created, viewed, and /or modified. The CONSULTANT shall include this section XX “Records Maintenance” in every subcontract it enters into in relation to this AGREEMENT and bind the sub-consultant to its terms, unless expressly agreed to otherwise in writing by the AGENCY prior to the execution of such subcontract.
