OMPA definition

OMPA means the Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority, a governmental agency of the state of Oklahoma, as established by the Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority Act, 11 O.S. §§ 24- 101, et seq.

  • Contractor has taken all steps to fully inform itself of the current status of Oklahoma law on the issue of limitation of liability, indemnification, and OMPA.

  • OMPA may terminate this Contract for any reason upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Contractor.
