OmniSky has the meaning set forth in the Preamble to this Agreement. -------
OmniSky means OmniSky Corporation together with its permitted successors and assigns.
Riverine means relating to, formed by, or resembling a river (including tributaries), stream, brook, etc.
Provost means the Provost of the University;
seaman ’ means an individual (except scientific personnel, a sailing school instruc- tor, or a sailing school student) engaged or employed in any capacity on board a vessel.
Growler means any refillable, resealable container complying with federal law.
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;

"Graywater" includes, but is not limited to, wastewater from bathtubs, showers, bathroom washbasins, clothes washing machines, and laundry tubs, but does not include wastewater from kitchen sinks or dishwashers. Health and Safety Code Section 17922.12.
Smart means equipped with technology such as computer software programs, sensors and touchscreens.
