OmniByte IP definition
OmniByte IP means the Managed Service and Software Application (including any software component of the Managed Service), the Software Documentation, and all intellectual property provided to Customer or any other Authorized User in connection with the foregoing. For the avoidance of doubt, OmniByte IP includes Aggregated Statistics and any information, data, or other content derived from OmniByte's monitoring of Customer's access to or use of the Managed Service or Application Software but does not include Customer Data.
