Omnibus Amendments definition

Omnibus Amendments means Omnibus Amendment #1, Omnibus Amendment #2, Omnibus Amendment #3 and Omnibus Amendment #4.
Omnibus Amendments means, collectively, that certain Omnibus Amendment and Reaffirmation Agreement dated December 15, 2022 and that certain Omnibus Amendment and Reaffirmation Agreement dated the Closing Date, each by and among Borrower, Guarantor, and Funding Lender.
