OMIT Data definition

OMIT Data is defined for the purposes of this contract as all technical data, computer software, computer software documentation, computer data bases and graphics pertaining to the Goods required to successfully conduct all operation, maintenance, installation, and training activities, regardless of whether such activities are performed by Air Force military, civilian, or contract personnel.
OMIT Data means data necessary for operation, maintenance, installation, or training purposes, other than detailed manufacturing or process data.

Related to OMIT Data

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).
