OMB rate definition

OMB rate means the Medicaid reimbursement rate negotiated between CMS and IHS. Inpatient and outpatient Medicaid reimbursement rates for I/T/Us are published annually in the Federal Register or Federal Register Notices. The outpatient rate is also known as the I/T/U encounter rate. The encounter rate is available only to I/T/U facilities that appear on the IHS maintained listing of IHS-operated and Indian health care facilities operating under a 638 agreement. It is the sole responsibility of the facility to petition IHS for placement on this list.

Examples of OMB rate in a sentence

  • Teachers who attend workshops or other educational meetings as representatives of the Salem City Schools at the request of the administration shall be reimbursed for travel in their own automobiles at the current OMB rate per mile, provided their participation is approved by the Superintendent.

  • All members of the Association shall be reimbursed at the rate established by the State of New Jersey OMB rate when they are required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties.

  • Staff members who are assigned to travel outside of the district shall be reimbursed for all such travel in their own automobiles at the current Office of Management and Budget (OMB) rate per mile for all driving done between work assignments.

  • Teachers shared between two campuses as well as the school nurse and maintenance staff using personal automobiles shall be entitled to the OMB rate per mile for travel between buildings as required by the District.

  • NYFRB Rate means the rate for a federal funds transaction quoted at 11:00 a.m. on such day received by the Administrative Agent from a federal funds broker of recognized standing selected by it; provided, further, that if any of the aforesaid rates as so determined be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Class A-2b Rate means, for any Distribution Date and the related Accrual Period, the Benchmark for the related Accrual Period plus 0.07% per annum (subject to any related Benchmark Replacement Adjustment); provided, however, that for any Accrual Period for which the sum of the Benchmark for that Accrual Period plus such applicable spread is less than 0.00%, the Class A-2b Rate for that Accrual Period shall be deemed to be 0.00%.
