  • Whereas at the end of treatment the WHO Oral Toxicity Scale, NCI-CTC, and OMAS assessment were grade 0 in 62% of patients and grade 1 in 38% of patients, in the EA they observed no mucosal ulceration but 63% of patients experienced intense dysgeusia (VAS score, 7–10).
