O&M Work definition

O&M Work shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

More Definitions of O&M Work

O&M Work means all routine maintenance, renewal work, and operations. Commencing on the Substantial Completion Date, "O&M Work" will also include all activities and obligations of the Section Developer relating to tolling of the Priced Managed Lanes.

O&M Work means any and all operation, management, administration, maintenance, repair, preservation, modification, reconstruction, rehabilitation, restoration, renewal and replacement of the Project during the Operating Period, including Major Maintenance and potential Project Enhancements, except to the extent that such Work is furnished pursuant to the Design-Build Contract.

O&M Work means the operation and use, and ongoing routine, preventative and emergency maintenance of the Project during the O&M Period.

O&M Work means the operations and maintenance work required for the Project.

O&M Work means any and all operation, management, administration, maintenance, repair, preservation, modification, reconstruction, rehabilitation, restoration, renewal and replacement of any portion of the Project within the O&M Limits, including Renewal Work, Compliance Work, Planned Maintenance and those obligations of Concessionaire identified in Section 4 of the Technical Requirements.

O&M Work shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.1. “Party” shall mean each of State Purchaser and Provider.
