O&M Work means any and all operation, management, administration, maintenance, repair, preservation, modification, reconstruction, rehabilitation, restoration, renewal and replacement of the Project during the Operating Period, including Renewal Work and potential Upgrades. Commencing on the Service Commencement Date for each Project Segment, “O&M Work” shall also include tolling of the Toll Lanes for the Project Segment.

O&M Work means the operation and use, and ongoing routine, preventative and emergency maintenance of the Project during the O&M Period.

More Definitions of O&M Work

O&M Work has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

O&M Work has the meaning specified in the Project Agreement.

O&M Work means all routine maintenance, renewal work, and operations. Commencing on the Substantial Completion Date, "O&M Work" will also include all activities and obligations of the Section Developer relating to tolling of the Priced Managed Lanes.
