• During such extended period, the Seller shall only be paid the Fixed O&M Component (Foreign), the Fixed O&M Component (Local), the Insurance Component of the applicable Energy Price for the Monthly Energy: in addition for such period that extends beyond one hundred eighty (180) Days, the Seller shall also be entitled to Return on Equity Component in each case adjusted in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1.
