Olympic Marks definition
Olympic Marks means the Olympic Symbol and the Games Marks.
Olympic Marks means Symbols adopted and used by Vancouver Organizing Committee For The 2010 Olympic And Paralympic Winter Games (“VANOC”) or the Canadian Olympic Committee (“COC”) or the INTERNATIONAL OLYMPIC COMMITTEE (“IOC”) or otherwise connected with or relating to, or indicating an association or relationship with, any of VANOC, the COC or the IOC, the XXI Olympic Winter Games or any other Olympic games, the Olympic Movement, or a Canadian Olympic team, including without limitation the Olympic Symbol, the 2010 Olympic Emblem, and the official marks 2010 and Vancouver and “Olympic Mark” means any of them;

Athlete may not use or authorize the use of any registered trademark items including but not limited to Olympic Marks, Olympic Rings, WKF logo and Marks related to competitions without the express written permission of the holder of the trademarks.
In addition, the City shall refrain from creating and/or using any mark, symbols, emblems, designation or terminology that is confusingly similar to any of the Olympic Marks.
