OLX Board definition
OLX Board means the board of directors of OLX as appointed from time to time or, where OLX is required to act through the Independent Board in terms of the Companies Act, the relevant reference herein to the "OLX Board" shall be read as a reference to the Independent Board;

Nothing herein contained shall oblige OLX in any way to obtain any approval from Bidco regarding any recommendation which the OLX Board may wish to make in the Scheme Circular, provided that OLX shall inform Bidco of the recommendation of the OLX Board immediately once such recommendation has been determined.
This undertaking shall not be construed as an undertaking by the OLX Board to recommend the Scheme to OLX Shareholders and the OLX Board shall be free to make its decision in such regard after having received the Independent Expert's Report.
