If there is a problem that can be circumvented through PPG's outsourcing of any of the manufacturing process steps, or through the purchase of a Third-Party OLED Material, then the Parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts to pursue such an alternative approach and the foregoing obligations and restrictions shall continue to apply unless the Parties, despite their good faith efforts, are unable to agree on a viable alternative.
