OLDF underpayment definition

OLDF underpayment means the amount by which the aggregate of the OLDF Weekly Payments for that Financial Year falls short of the OLDF Contribution for that Financial Year or the amount (if any) by which any payment made in respect of any Financial Year under Schedule 8 to this Licence falls short of the amount which should have been paid under that Schedule in respect of that Financial Year.
