Old Year definition
Old Year is defined in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.
Examples of Old Year in a sentence
During each Renewal Term, WildCard may increase the Charges which were in effect for the immediately preceding Processing Year (the "Old Year") by an amount not to exceed a percentage of the Charges which were in effect for the Old Year.
During each Renewal Term, WildCard may increase the Charges which were in effect for the immediately preceding Processing Year (the "Old Year") by an amount to be negotiated in good faith between the parties.
