OLD ROCKWELL definition

OLD ROCKWELL means the corporation, formerly named Rockwell International Corporation, which owned all of the Rockwell Common Stock prior to the distribution of the Rockwell Common Stock to the shareholders of such corporation on December 6, 1996.

  • Salmon means Pacific Salmon of the species Oncorhynchus nerka including sockeye; Oncorhynchus kisutch including coho; Oncorhynchus gorbuscha including pink; Oncorhynchus keta including chum; and Oncorhynchus tshawytcha including chinook; anadromous whitefish and cisco (Coregonidae spp.); and anadromous Arctic char (Salvelinus alpinus).

  • SADC means the Southern African Development Community;

  • Pioneer or the "Company" means Pioneer Natural Resources Company and its subsidiaries.

  • seaman means any person forming part of the crew of any 6*** ship, but does not include the master of 7*[the] ship;

  • Keystone means Keystone Underwriting Pty Ltd ABN 78 601 944 763 as Corporate Authorised Representative (No. 000468712) of Keystone Underwriting Australia Pty Ltd ABN 59 634 715 674 AFSL 518224 which is acting on behalf of Underwriters.

  • Bishop means the Bishop of the Roman Catholic diocese of Leeds in which the Academy Trust Company is situated (as defined in Canon law) and includes any person exercising Ordinary jurisdiction in his name (including Vicars General and Episcopal Vicars) and any person delegated by him, including officers of the Diocese;

  • Production company means a person or entity engaged in the business of making motion picture, television, or radio images for theatrical, commercial, advertising, or education purposes; Reserved

  • DOH means the department of health.

  • Green means products, materials, methods and processes certified by a “Green Authority” that conserve natural resources, reduce energy or water consumption, avoid toxic or other polluting emissions or otherwise minimize environmental impact.

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

  • HCP means a Habitat Conservation Plan prepared pursuant to § 10(a)(2)(A) of the ESA (16 U.S.C. § 1539(a)(2)(A)).

  • craft means a vessel or item of floating equipment;

  • Gold means (i) Physical Gold held by the Custodian or any Sub-Custodian under this Agreement and/or (ii) any credit to an account, including a Fund Unallocated Account, on an Unallocated Basis, as the context requires.

  • Platinum means elemental platinum having an atomic weight of 195.09 and the chemical element symbol of Pt, whether found by itself or in combination with its alloys or any other metal.

  • Spring means a source of water where an aquifer comes in contact with the ground surface.
