OKtB definition
OKtB means the date when delivery of the Polestar Vehicle to external customers starts.
OKtB means the date when the Vehicle starts to be delivered to external customers as further defined in the Development Agreement. “[***] Manufacturing Agreement” means the [***] Manufacturing and Vehicle Supply Agreement (Export) and all its appendices. “Permits” shall have the meaning set out in Section 16. “Personal Data” means all information that a Party obtains from the other Party as a result of the Manufacturing Agreement (i) relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including the other Party’s employees and customers, that directly or indirectly can identify that person, or (ii) deemed personal data according to applicable national, federal, state, and international laws and regulations now or hereafter in effect. “Plant” shall have the meaning set out in (2) above. “Polestar” shall have the meaning set out in (1) above. “Polestar Actual Volumes” means the total amount of Vehicles produced in the Plant and achieved Factory Complete status during a certain period. “Project Agreements” shall have the meaning set out in Section 28.1.5. “Receiving Party” means the Party receiving Confidential Information from the Disclosing Party. “Reserved Volumes” shall have the meaning set out in Appendix 2 Volume Planning Procedures for a period of the immediately subsequent [***] calendar years [***] as decided by the Steering Committee.
