Okcer means any person appoinıed or elecıed ıo any governmenıal or advisory agency including local school boards, wheıher or noı he receives compensa- ıion or oıher emolumenı of okce. Unless ıhe conıexı requires oıherwise, ”okcer" includes members of ıhe judiciary.
