OJEU Threshold definition

OJEU Threshold means the relevant threshold applying from time for application of the EU Procurement Regulations (or such other regulations amending, substituting or replacing those Regulations). This must be obtained from the Corporate Procurement Team prior to commencing a procurement and is also the subject of a Procurement Guidance Note;
