You shall copy OIN on all notices given in connection with this Agreement.
The previous sentence is for the express benefit of the Members of OIN, OIN, and OIN’s Licensees.
Neither OIN nor You shall assign this Agreement, assign any of its rights under this Agreement, or delegate any of its obligations hereunder, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the other party.
Notwithstanding anything in this Guaranty to the contrary, the Guarantor shall be entitled to the benefit of any right to or claim of any defense, setoff, counterclaim, recoupment or termination to which a Charterer or OIN is entitled other than those referred to in clause (v) of this Section 2.
