OII OBLIGATIONS definition
OII OBLIGATIONS means all indebtedness, liabilities, obligations, covenants and duties of the Borrower and/or UTTC to OII of every kind, nature and description, direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, due or not due, contractual or tortious, liquidated or unliquidated, arising by operation of law or otherwise, now existing of hereafter arising, under the OII Credit Documents.
