OIF definition

OIF means UBS Oncology Impact Fund L.P. and each of its Affiliates.
OIF means each offer of invoice financing describing, among others, the applicable Administrative Fees, the Supplier Discount Rate and the Revised Supplier Discount Rate, and executed or to be executed between Incomlend and the Supplier in respect of each respective Buyer, and “OIFs” means all OIFs executed between Incomlend and the Supplier and which are in force from time to time.

  • It shall be the exclusive prerogative of the OIF Investment Committee to set the objectives, policies, and eligibility criteria under which proposals for loans will be submitted for consideration to the Investment Committee.

  • If MPM Oncology Impact Management GP, LP ceases for any reason to serve as the general partner for OIF Management, then this Agreement shall terminate immediately.

  • Borrowers must comply with the affordability requirements as outlined in the OIF Regulatory Agreement (Exhibit B).

  • X2 will also support the OIF SFI4 P2 and serial electrical interfaces as they may emerge in XENPAK, as well as ongoing maintenance.
