Regarding those ECO Fuel Cell Licensees that continue with a Grandfathered Distribution Agreement, ECO Fuel Cells shall pay the OHU fees to H Power that are specified in Article 3.B. of this Agreement within sixty (60) days after the Commercial Date.

These categories will be reviewed from time to time in consultation with the OHU physician and a schedule of these posts appears in Part 3, paragraph 2.1. A decision to examine employees not included in these categories will be determined by the OHU physician and will depend on particular circumstances.
Prior to telecommuting, the employee should contact OHU and request a copy of their ergonomic evaluation that was performed for their usual workspace and should then establish a telecommuting workplace to comply with the evaluation.
OHU will then provide confirmation that the candidate is fit to work.
An agreed upon trial period to determine if the telecommute will be successful and/or meeting business needs, or OHU approves a short duration telecommute schedule based on medical needs.
The full details of this information will remain confidential however the OHU Physician will pass on sufficient information about the employee’s medical condition to allow the relevant manager to take any necessary action to comply with legislation and/or improve the situation and/or avoid exacerbating the employee’s condition.
