Ohio Administrative Knowledge System definition

Ohio Administrative Knowledge System or “OAKS” means the State’s Enterprise Resource Planning system, known as the Ohio Administrative Knowledge System. OAKS Capital Improvements is one of several modules of the total OAKS system.
