OGRA definition

OGRA means the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority of the Government of Pakistan, or any successor or replacement thereof.
OGRA means the Borrower’s Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority established and operating pursuant to the provisions of the Borrower’s Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority Ordinance (No. XVII of 2002);

  • AASHTO and/or OGRA shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever under any theory of liability (including, without limitation, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or indirect damages for personal injury, property loss, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of, relating to, or based on the use of the software, even if AASHTO and/or OGRA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • OGRA will not identify individual municipalities in said annual report, unless permission to do so is granted by the municipality.

  • LICENSEE acknowledges that AASHTO is the owner of the Software and that OGRA is the exclusive source for the Software in Ontario.
