OGC Project Manager definition

OGC Project Manager means the Office of Grants Coordination G2GN Project Manager or the duly authorized representative designated to manage or assist in the management of this Agreement.

  • The OGC Project Manager will not be responsible for construction means, methods techniques, sequences or procedures, or for safety precautions and programs in connection with the Work, and will not be responsible for the LESP’s failure to carry out the work in accordance with the Agreement.

  • The County may, as part of the Cost Estimate and Scope of Work requirements, stipulate a timeframe for the LESP to obtain and submit to the OGC Project Manager all required permits/fees.

  • Where mounting heights are not indicated, the LESP shall mount individual units at industry recognized standard mounting heights for the particular application indicated: and refer questionable mounting height choices to the OGC Project Manager for final decision.
