OGAC definition

OGAC means the Organization de Gestion des Aires de conservation in charge of the management of Conservation Areas, which is a private entity established and operating under loi 98-056/P-RM, dated December 17, 1998, of the laws of the Recipient, with membership consisting of community associations or private individuals;
OGAC means The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse, Inc, a Texas corporation.
OGAC has the meaning given in the Preamble.

The CONSULTANT shall include this section XX “Records Maintenance” in every subcontract it enters into in relation to this AGREEMENT and bind the sub-consultant to its terms, unless expressly agreed to otherwise in writing by the AGENCY prior to the execution of such subcontract.
